With Degrassi Season 11 shooting coming to a wrap in mid-November, the Epitome team will begin brainstorming for…you guessed it, SEASON 12-and guess what?! Exec Producer Stephen Stohn wants to hear YOUR input on what kind of things YOU would like to see play out in Season 12!

There is so much they have not covered. One thing is for male student to have an affair with an older woman that is not a teacher. Maybe a family friend or someones mother. Another one would be a male bisexual character. A student posting a sex tape with their lover via internet.
Drug trafficking..a parent has their kid do the dealing for them. Huffing freon and chemicals is another problem in the states.
I definitely think we need a newbie whose face is ridiculed because of his acne. I say his name should be Rory Finch, and he is often referred to “Pepper-Rory”, as kids say his face looks like a pepperoni pizza. He’s actually a major sweetheart, romantic, and residential English whiz at Degrassi, but he hardly gets any recognition from the ladies. All of that changes when the beautiful and mysterious new girl, Gray, whose last name is kept secret for a reason. Rory falls madly in love with Gray, who is never seen interacting with anyone but Rory. During the First Half of Season 12 finale, Rory and Gray have a “date”, and Rory’s best male friend happens to pass by the restaurant to see Rory staring lovingly at an empty seat. Rory has been imagining Gray the entire time, but he has no idea that she doesn’t actually exist. His friend breaks the news that Gray is just a figment of his imagination, and Rory is reluctant to accept the fact, thus he confronts Principal Simpson, who tells him that there is no girl enrolled at Degrassi named Gray. Completely distraught that his lover is non-existant, Rory decides that life is no longer worth living. Rory takes drastic measures, and tries to commit suicide via a noose and a chair. Luckily, he is saved by the very friend who spotted him on his “date”, and the entire school views him as an outcast with suicidal tendencies. Interestingly enough, during the second half of Season 12, the actress who plays Gray will return as an ACTUAL attendant of Degrassi, named Eden Raithe. Rory has a mental episode when he tries to rationalize whether or not Eden is real. He and Eden eventually hit it off, but Rory comes to the realization that she is nothing like Gray, as she is a bit more of a rebel. Her inability to live up to his expectations of her being exactly like Gray leads to their break-up, which serves to drive Rory completely mad. This time, he does not try to commit suicide, but he decides to leave home with a burlap sack and become a drifter, looking for a purpose to keep living.
I also think that if Ms. Oh is sick for a few episodes and her class is covered by a substitute teacher, it should be a very handsome man who turns out to be a male porn star, which his students find out because one of them becomes addicted to watching racy videos of random strangers undress on the Internet.
Hey what i would like to see in season 12 is things happening like Adam gets a girlfriend. Tentions raise between Jake and Eli again lol. there has been why too many newbies at Degrassi but it doesn’t to add one more to the list. I think there should be a new girl come in who is beautiful, a little mysterious but also sweet and shy around others. I really love the name Lorelai for a girl newbie. The guy newbie would be handsome, also mysterious kind of a badass , and doesn’t follow the rules at all. His name would be Bryson. I definitely think Lorelai and Bryson should meet in Degrassi like in a classroom or the hallway but things don’t end well on the first meeting later into the season they learn more about one another. I definitely think there should be a special education student who is a girl named Clarissa, but some kids don’t really understand her and think she’s a freak. Clarissa’s personality is simlair to Lorelai’s but she can’t do what other teens her age can. Her disablilty should be her sight she’s not blind don’t worry lol, Clarissa just sees differently then other people. I also think there should be another transgender kid like Adam and they become friends but also face challenges together like all the Degrassi characters.
Oh i forgot the newbies full names lol is Bryson Walsh, Lorelai Harper, and Clarissa Moore Thx <3
